A washing machine, ironing board, iron and airing rack are provided for guest use. Guests will need to provide their own washing detergent.

Mid week cleaning is provided when a change of towels and a light clean of the apartment is carried out. If your stay is longer than a week then a change of linen/towels will also happen.

Our Property Manager who supervises the property on our behalf, will visit early during your stay to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets, parties or events are not allowed.

For stays during December, January and February electricity is charged as used and a meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure and a cash payment will need to be made to our Property Manager.

Guests will be responsible for purchasing logs for the wood burner.
