The property is on the first floor of a 2 storey traditional block of 14 apartments.

The private balcony and separate private roof terrace command panoramic sea and countryside views.

An allocated parking space for 1 car is provided in the private car park at the rear.

Guests have use of the unheated communal pool with separate children’s pool and the surrounding sun terrace.  Sun loungers are provided by the pool and on the roof terrace.

The apartment is non-smoking and no pets.  Parties or events are not allowed.
